In good operating condition
Has surface rust, chips, nicks, scuffs, spots, and scratches.
Has pitting/some rust bubbles
MISSING the original rubber grips
The loop is stiff
Has wear to the jaw grooves
Has a small amount of play between the two halves
Cosmetically in rough shape, but nice design, well built, and in good operating condition.
