Vox Super Lynx Deluxe Cherry Red V253 VG with Vintage Vox Teardrop Case BEATLES

Up for sale is a hollow body Vox Super Lynx Deluxe in cherry red. This made in Italy model was released in 1966 or 1967 at the Crucianelli Factory for Vox Guitars in the UK. More info here: http://www.voxshowroom.com/us/guitar/superlynx_dlx.html
The guitar is all original components, in very good to excellent condition, and plays great. The cherry red color is beautiful and the guitar resonates wonderfully.
Also included is the original Vox Teardrop Hard Case, with all of the original components, including the original guitar care items included at sale, a catalog featuring the Beatles, and a cool Vox cloth.
It comes with original warranty card and original tool bag.
Known issues (please read):
Guitar:
There is a crack in plastic surrounding the bridge pick up - I didn't want to replace the original (see picture 6)! There is some rust in the guitar neck plate and some of the bridge components (picture 4 and 8). The lacquer is also a cracking a bit - a known issue on Vox guitars - on the back of the neck (see picture 7).
Case:
One thing to note is that one of the clasps has broken off (see photo 9)
Shipping:
I will ship the guitar detuned in the hard case in a well packed cardboard box via UPS. I ship on weekends. I'm charging 0 to cover shipping costs but will refund you the difference in actual cost. Local pickup in the NYC area also can be arranged (FYI, if you aren't wearing a mask, I won't let you into my apartment).
