    the two spotlights are real

    missing the other
    two bulbs

    The condition is
    good solid used worn
    & is missing the
    roof
    off the shed & has a few dents/dings here or there.
    The guide rail on top is
    broken
    (pic #3). I'm not sure on train scale sizes so all I can give is it's size - 12
