AUTOOL CT160 is a fuel injector cleaning machine newly developed by AUTOOL TECH. It combines ultrasonic cleaning technology and microcomputer oil pressure closed-loop control cleaning and detection technology. This product simulates various engine working conditions and cleans and inspects various automobiles and motorcycle fuel injectors. Its unique design saves weight and volume, while further optimizing the product's functionality. With a larger cleaning tank and cleaning fluid heating effect, which can achieve better cleaning results.
Please Note:
1, This one was for 4 cylinder car (It will fit for 2 cylinder after blocking two test tube )
2, The machine work on petrol injector, not for diesel injector
3, Motorcycle injector testing for HONDA YAMAHA SUZUKI SANYANG only.
Function:
● Ultrasonic cleaning can be performed on single or multiple injectors at the same time, which can remove the attachments and internal blockages on the injectors.
● Uniformity detection: to detect the uniformity of the injection volume of each
injector.
● Atomization observation: Using the background light, you can observe the
spray atomization situation of the nozzle in a comprehensive and careful manner.
● Tightness test: It can detect the tightness and dripping of the fuel injector
under high pressure.
● Fuel injection volume detection: It can detect the fuel injection volume of the
fuel injection nozzle under specific working conditions (such as the same time
and the same number of times).
