Description:
UPR's Support Brace for the weak cast Sur-ron Foot Peg Mounting Brackets.
These billet support braces
add the extra strength to the weak oem cast sur-ron
brackets to survive much longer.
Foot Peg Support Brace to protect against all jumping, hard riding
and against general fatigue that the cast foot peg brackets suffer from.
Does not include kickstandor brackets and simply uses all factory parts to swap
over for ease of installation.
Installation Instructions:
Sur-ron Foot Peg Support Brace
Just loosen the bolts on the foot peg mounting brackets and if needed only
remove the passenger side bracket without the kickstand. This is the easiest
way to install the UPR foot peg mounting bracket support brace.
The side with the radius is intended to go towards the kickstand. Most
Sur-ron's will have a 1/8 to 1/4 inch gap that will need to be tightened
down to get the foot peg mounting brackets to pull flush.
This is normally because the factory cast brackets already start to bend
inward and you will just tighten them down with the new support brace
and have the strongest boxed installation for the factory cast brackets.
