SpaGuard pH decreaser is a dry, granular product that gradually lowers your pH and alkalinity level. Your pH level should be maintained at 7.2-7.6, as measured by an accurate testing method. Also prevents scale build-up and cloudy water that also usually occurs when your spa operates at the high-end of the pH scale. Safer and easier to use than liquid acids. Keep your pH in check with SpaGuard pH Decreaser.
Dosage:
For pH Range 7.6 to 7.8:
1/2 tsp per 200 gallons
For pH Range 7.8 to 8.0:
3/4 tsp per 200 gallons
For pH Range 8.0 to 8.4:
1 1/2 tsp per 200 gallons
For pH Range 8.4 and above:
2 tsp per 200 gallons
Directions for Use:
Test water
If pH is above 7.6, apply SpaGuard pH Decreaser as directed above
Apply by broadcasting evenly across the spa with the pump running
Cirulate for 30 minutes and retest pH
Repeat as needed until pH is between 7.2 and 7.6
