Simpson TDS-3 Tach/ Dwell Meter (Automotive)

SIMPSON TDS-3 TACH/ DWELL METER Comes with manual (dated 1976), & wiring hook up leads, was red tagged by the US Army Feb 12, 1981, writing on the tag says "dwell out of tol", "not repairable this station". Both needles rest nicely at zero, also I have photographed the insides for you, I did notice the pots look very dirty. This was a state of the art meter in it's day, and looks very repairable.  I do not have a vehicle to test this unit on anymore, so selling as- is, untested, no returns.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     All items carefully & promptly shipped after receiving a cleared payment, sorry, pay-pal only!.
