As a last resort for clearing up cloudy pools, Super Floc raises pH to 8.0 or higher. The ultimate in spring cleaning, this clarifier is specifically used only with sand filters. For those who need a bit more strength for cleaning their cloudy pools, the Rx Clear® Super Floc Clarifier is the ultimate tool. This clarifier is specifically used only with sand filters.
Instructions:
Raise Ph to 8.0 or higher
Broadcast Super Floc at the rate of 2 lbs. per 10,000 gallons of pool water.
Run pool filter for 5 minutes.
Shut off the filter for 48 hours to allow all debris to settle at the bottom.
Vacuum to waste.
NOTE:
This method typically loses 4-8" of water vacuuming on waste.
