For a complete look, color match your Rattle Bomb Flake to your Rattle Bomb Basecoat to ensure maximum color shine! Take it a step further and apply a matching Rattle Bomb Kandy to give your project another level of depth. Mix them for Kustom Kombos: Gang Green Base, Gang Green Flake and a Greasy Black Kandy for a monster dark green finish! After your last coat of paint, spray some clear on to seal the deal. Go wild with some test cards and create your very own Kustom Kombos.. ALL AEROSOL CANS ARE SOLD INDIVIDUALLY.
The BASE coat is not a flake coat but a supportive similar colored coat to help you achieve a heavier flaked appearance with your actual flake coat
. All can flakes are tiny flake. If you want larger flake then you need to use a flake gun where you mix dry flake with a clear. The base coat is not a flake coat. The pictures shown represent a base and flake coat together.
NOTE: THE FLAKE AEROSOLS HAVE TINY FLAKE THAT NEEDS TO BE LAYERED. YOU NEED A GOOD PRIMER COAT AND A SOLID BASE COAT. THE BASE COAT SHOULD MATCH YOUR FLAKE COAT IF  YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE A SATURATED UNIFORM COLOR. ONE CAN OF FLAKE OVER THE SAME COLOR BASE COAT WILL HAVE A VERY LOW FLAKE SATURATION. SEVERAL CANS OF FLAKE ARE NEEDED FOR A SUPER SATURATED AFFECT. THE SIZE OF YOUR PROJECT ALSO PLAYS A HUGE ROLL IN HOW FAR AND SATURATED THE FLAKE WILL BE. THESE ARE NOT LARGE FLAKES AT ALL BUT SUPER TINY ALMOST SHIMRIN STYLE FLAKES THAT ARE LAYERED FOR A DESIRED LOOK. ALL FLAKE NEEDS A CLEAR COAT. IF YOU SEE AN IMAGE OF THE COLOR AND THE FLAKES IN THE IMAGE LOOK LARGE IT IS BECAUSE WE USED A ZOOM LENS TO SHOOT THE FLAKE & COLOR. ALWAYS PAINT IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA. USE A SMALL TEST PANEL BEFORE YOU START YOUR PROJECT. THE TEST PANEL WILL SAVE YOU TIME & MONEY.
