"Hokutosei" is Ueno in March 1988 when the Seikan Tunnel opened. -The service started between Sapporo, and at most, 3 round trips a day were operated.
The 24 series passenger cars towed by EF81 and DD51 are JR East affiliated cars and JR Hokkaido affiliated cars, and there were small differences in each vehicle.
-The minimum mileage is R95.

・ Includes the head mark of "Hokutosei" to be attached to T002-8 "DD51 1000 A Cold Region Type Hokutosei Double Heading Set" (sold separately).
・ Train mark sticker included.
・ A015 "Interior light B type" (sold separately) can be installed as the interior light. The DCC decoder is compatible with A059 "DCC decoder interior light type multi-type" (sold separately).
