This a new 2 piece seat belt  system for large dogs. Very heavy duty. The 64 " piece with the heavy duty hooks fastens under the seat to something solid. This piece is adjustable. The shorter  40" piece has a heavy duty hook on one end to fasten to the first piece and a large heavy duty carbineer on the other end for shortening. This is a solid setup for a large dog and is guaranteed to hold in a crash. Can also be used in an RV. Webbing is heavy duty 1 inch.
