The STEELMAN 60635 Wireless ChassisEAR is a unique diagnostic device specifically designed to pinpoint squeaks, rattles, and any other troublesome and errant noises across a vehicle's engine, axles, and chassis. Ideal for diagnosing faulty fuel injectors, bearings, gears, suspensions, transmissions, differentials and CV joints, and under hoods. Working as a high powered wireless stethoscope for your car or truck, each of the 4 independent transmitters can be placed in a separate location around the vehicle using the built-in clips and magnets or the included nylon hook-and-loop straps. These then transmit to the receiver allowing you to listen to the vehicle during standard operation to hear noises that are difficult or just impossible to duplicate in a repair stall. Each transmitter is assigned its own channel on the receiver and can be selected or muted individually to make pinpointing the location and cause of a noise easy. With a 50-foot transmitter to receiver range it is useable on all makes and models of cars and light trucks, as well as a variety of larger vehicles. Kit includes 4 transmitters, 1 receiver unit, 1 set of mini earphones, 4 cable-leads/microphone clamps, 12 nylon straps, 12 hook-and-loop straps, 6 AA batteries, 16 AAA batteries, an organizer pouch, location identifier note pad, instruction manual, and a blow-molded storage case. *Since they operate on different frequencies, the 60635 series transmitters and receiver are not compatible with 97202 versions.*

Most items are shipped UPS but we can also use Fedex. U.S. shipping rates do not include PR, HI or AK. Please contact us for the shipping cost there. All items are Brand New unless otherwise noted. We will take any items back within 7 days of purchase as long as the item is returned the same way it was shipped, with all the packing materials. Any problems after 7 days must be handled directly thru the manufacturer. We can supply you with a receipt and help in any way possible but we can not take back products after the 7 days. In an effort to keep our prices as low as possible we can not pay for any shipping cost on returns. If an item is received D.O.A. or encounters a problem within the first 7 days we will gladly exchange and ship out the return item at no additional cost to you but the shipping cost on the item being returned must be by the customer. Arctic Tools can not make any exceptions.
