Crankcase System Test
: Excessive pressure or corrosion of the crankcase is the main reason to damage the seal of the crankcase and cause oil leakage.
Intake System Test:
Leakage in the air intake system will lead to insufficient intake of the car engine, which will result in scant engine power.
Car Sealing Test:

Fuel Tank System Test:

The sdt103 can be used by connecting an external air source and a 12V battery.It is designed with a built-in pressure controller to fix the output pressure at 3.2Kpa (0.46psi), which is especially for EVAP system testing to prevent EVAP Pipes from being damaged by excessive pressure.
Smoke flow can be Adjusted
Equipped with airflow meter to observe the current airflow volume. And the airflow regulator to better control the smoke effect.It can be outputs lots of Smoke within 30 seconds after turning on.

How to do leakage test？
1. Fill 20ml baby oil to the detector for the first time. Open the engine cover, and hang the detector in the cover.
2. Disconnect the pipe that needs to be connected with detector.
3. Connect detector with DC12V battery, turn on the power switch, and the detector starts to work.
4. In about 30 seconds, the pipe will be filled with smoke. Check the leak points. Please use head lamp if necessary.
