New old stock ESWA EnerSave 120-230V Plant Warmer/Germinating Warmer / Floor, Wall or Ceiling Radiant Heating Panel 10' X 1'

Still in new condition, never installed.
This is a thin, flexible one piece multi purpose radiant heater - laminated (sandwiched) aluminum element in tough plastic, measuring a little over 10 feet long and
16 inches wide total including the clear stapling edge. One piece design, It is not cut to fit type like Ecofilm.
Its capacity is rated at 310 watts at 230 volts.
For construction use, it is designed to be edge-stapled between wall, floor or ceiling joists, with insulation above or behind it and plasterboard or drywall covering.
For under germination trays, it should be placed under protective rubber mats to prevent wear to the element.
Experiments / Tests
: At 120 volts and 60 degrees F outside ground temp, unrolled and laid flat, it heated to about 72 degrees in 15 minutes.
(69 degrees at the edges and 73 in the middle),
Doubled up - folded lengthwise in half (but not creased) - the heat is more concentrated for use in colder conditions.
Also using only 120V house current - When left rolled up in 68 degree ambient shade, the roll heated to 170 degrees in about 10 minutes when I then unplugged it for safety.
Greenhouse Use:
These can be placed under or around planters for winter frost protection and for speeding germination.

For regulated USA use, they can be controlled with a thermostat switch, scr voltage regulator or a wall socket digital day timer.
