    Bubblegum Pink Tri Holographic Metal Flake 0.015
    The Tri Holographic series have a special stripe which gives a very nice effect.
    Sold by volume (not weight) of hex flake. .030 size. Some settling in the bottle will occur.
    This is a very bright Solvent compatible metal flake. Very brilliant flake, good for painting, gelcoating, or craft use.  Our Metal Flake or Glitter is made in the USA from Quality Product designed for use in Paint, Gelcoat, Clear, Epoxy or Resins among other applications.  This Metal Flake is a Polyester with a Vivid Polyurethane Coating which gives it a Brilliant Color and Sparkle effect.
    This material is rated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.  This is rated for Solvent use and to withstand UV rays in outdoor applications.  Additional UV protection can be provided with Quality Clears.  Please note that our flake in this listing is Square shaped.
    We specialize in Large Old School Vintage Boat, Motorcycle, Custom Hot Rod and Automotive Painting, and Vintage Snowmobile Flake including Scorpion and Viking. Note on flake sizing. .015 is four times the size of .008. .035 is over four times the size of .015. 0.015 can be sprayed out of most 1.7 tip spray guns, 0.025 a 2.0, and for 0.035 you will need to use a dry flake gun, cheese shaker (if a smaller project), or a large tipped gun such as a 2.5 to a 3.0 if available.
    Very brilliant flake, good for painting, gelcoating, or craft use.  Can be used in solvent based products such as enamel, lacquer, clear coat and Gel Coat Epoxy Resin.  I have used with PPG, Dupont (Axalta), BASF, Spies, Sikkens, House of Kolor, Valspar and more.  Can be used for Marine use, vintage fiberglass boats, Snowmobile, Hot Rod, Automobile, Guitar Painting, Custom Painting, crafts, RC Cars/boats/airplanes, Hobbies, Bicycles, Motorcycles.  Craft uses include Epoxy Tumbler Coatings, Resin Casting in either Epoxy or Urethane Resins.  Some products that we carry can also be used in Pen Turning applications. Architectural uses include Epoxy floor coatings and Wall coatings.
    I get emails asking "how much" will my XXXX project take. That is difficult for me to tell.  The look that you want will vary how much flake is needed. How you apply will effect how much is needed. And of course the size of the job will effect how much is needed. If in doubt, I recommend purchasing extra. The pound bag is the best value.
