Black Metal Flake 1 LB 0.008 w/Shaker Bottle Paint Quality Hot Rod Bike Boat
1 Pound of Hex Shaped Metal Flake. .008 size.   Some settling in the bottle will occur.
This is a very bright black flake.
This will include a shaker bottle that can be used for dispensing in your product or on your small products.
Very brilliant flake, good for painting, gelcoating, or craft use.
Our Flake is made in the USA from quality product designed for use in Paint and gelcoat products with excellent UV protection. Nothing but the best!
This metal flake is Polyester with a vivid color coating which gives it the brilliant color and sparkle effect.  This material is rated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.  This is rated for Solvent use and UV protection.  Additional UV protection can be provided with quality clears.
Please note, this flake is Hex, not Square.
Note on flake sizing.  .015 is four times the size of .008.  .035 is over four times the size of .015.  0.015 can be sprayed out of most 1.7 tip spray guns, 0.025 a 2.0, and for 0.035 you will need to use a dry flake gun, cheese shaker (if a smaller project), or a large tipped gun such as a 2.5 to a 3.0 if available.  Here is a picture that we have created to illustrate the different sizing.  Not exactly to size, but pretty close.
We can do custom amounts of flake also. I have 2oz, 4oz, 6oz and 8oz  jars. This is by volume. I can also do by weight in plastic bags. You tell me what you need, we can make it happen.  However, please understand that I do not sell 2 oz jars individually on ebay.  The price would have to be the same as the 4 oz due to shipping, ebay, and paypal fees.
For International shipments I am now offering two methods of shipment. The cheapest is First Class. This can take a while so be patient. Or I am now offering priority shipping also, but this will not come in a jar, but in a bag. Same amount of flake, same great flake.

4 and 6 ounce will be in a bottle, 1 pound will be in a bag.
I get emails asking "how much" will my XXXX project take.  That is difficult for me to tell.  The look that you want will vary how much flake is needed.  How you apply will effect how much is needed.  And of course the size of the job will effect how much is needed.  If in doubt, I recommend purchasing extra.  The pound bag is the best value.
