Nitrogen hydraulic accumulator or strut fill/charging kit for charging nitrogen chambers up to 3000 PSI from Schmidty Racing Suspensions. .

This kit  comes with an
8' long braided stainless-steel hose
,
that has a protective clear coating on the outside, and it is rated to 3250 PSI & comes with swivel fittings on each end. Hose is easily removed from the manifold for quick and easy storage and transport.
Tank supply nipple comes standard with CGA-580 brass nipple, but are also available on a custom basis with a CGA-680 nipple.Contact us if need this tool with the CGA680 tip.
The
Small-bore no-loss chuck
which fits schrader valves, is 100% stainless steel and is mounted to a swivel fitting that rotates 360 degrees. This allows precise and repeatable setting of nitrogen/air pressure for all nitrogen tanks, accumulators, chambers with a schrader valve stem. The valve opens and closes under constant pressure using the small "T" handle.
The strut/acc. charging kit is also available on our website with your choice of either rubber or braided stainless steel hoses in either 8,12, or 15 ft. in length.
These kits are designed to charge hydraulic accumulators, on suspension seats, implement heads, excavation equipment booms,loaders, aircraft struts, or any nitrogen chamber on any other hydraulic system needing high pressure charging, and utilizes a small bore schrader valve.(same thread as a tire stem) .
For those that need this same tool, but with a LARGE BORE chuck for large bore schrader valves, we sell that chuck separately & it is available on our website here under nitrogen tools in the "accessories" tab on the drop-down. Then on the "No Loss Chucks" item, choose "Large Bore #4 JIC, and it will fit the hose on this kit.
The no-loss chuck opens and closes the Schrader valve stems under pressure via the small “T” handle. This allows precise and repeatable setting of nitrogen pressures for all hydraulic accumulators, on suspension seats, hydraulic systems, excavators, shock struts, aircraft tires or landing gear struts.or any nitrogen chamber which utilizes a small bore schrader style filling port.
